RECYCLING LOCATIONS

During this time of increased demand for bottled water, the Louisiana Beverage Association and the Louisiana Retailers Association are teaming up to provide you with information on how to recycle your plastic bottles and aluminum cans. 

What Can I Recycle?

  • Plastic bottles with caps on (#1 PET)

  • Aluminum cans

Where Can I Recycle?
Plaquemines Parish
St. Bernard Parish
Jefferson Parish
How to Recycle:

  • Completely empty your beverage containers

  • Place the cap back on any plastic bottles

  • Don't bag recyclables

*Please note: unless you are using curbside, be expected to drop beverage containers into a bin individually, as this decreases contamination in collections.
